Who will deliver my package?
Your delivery will be handled by GLS or DHL! We don't have insight into delivery times. The courier plans the route themselves to minimize the distances covered. We don't have insight into the route or the number of addresses served, and unfortunately, we can't provide a specific delivery time.
Can I still change my order?
Changing your order isn't a problem, as long as it hasn't yet been processed or shipped. Please contact customer service by phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
Can I order by phone?
When placing your order, immediate online payment is required. For this reason, it's not possible to place your order by phone. We do offer customized delivery. If you have specific requests, please contact us, and we'll prepare a customized quote.
Do I remain anonymous?
You decide! The recipient will only see the text you write on the card, not your name and address. If you would like us to do so, we'll be happy to add it for you! Your personal information will never be shared with third parties!
Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes. Once you've paid for your order, you'll automatically receive an email confirmation from us. You can review your order in this email. Receiving the confirmation may be delayed by up to 5 minutes while we verify your payment.
